Goods with payment made by 12 noon each business day, ALWAYS DEPART BY 24 from our warehouses located throughout Italy, then travel by national courier SDA. After that time orders will be processed and will slip for shipments, to the next business day.
For every order placed with WWW.TNTGIUSKY.COM , TNT GIUSKY S.R.L. -  VIA SAN LORENZO 9 - 70014 CONVERSANO (BA) -  Codice Fiscale e Partita IVA 08779850729 issues an invoice of the purchased material SENT IN FOLLOW, BY ELECTRONIC MAIL WITH ATTACHMENT ( make sure it is not cataloged as Spam ). For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of the order shall prevail. No changes in the invoice will be possible, after the issuance of the same.
Deliveries may be subject to change due to force majeure or national strikes or labor unrest or due to traffic conditions and road conditions in general or by act of the Authority. Standard delivery, will take place every day, non-holiday, Monday through Friday.
The Customer is notified by an e-mail, of the update of the "Shipped Status", upon the departure of his goods from our warehouses.
Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:
- that the number of packages and the item being delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the order confirmation
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged or wet or, in any case, altered.
Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be IMMEDIATELY DISAGREED to the courier who makes the delivery, affixing the words "withdrawal with reserve" on the appropriate accompanying document and confirmed, within 8 days by registered mail with return receipt to the courier, whose address is explained on the accompanying document. In the specific case of damaged package write "withdrawal with reserve because the package is damaged". It is also required to open an RMA file at Giusky, filling in what is in the "Order Status" area.

Once signed the document of the courier, the Customer can not oppose any dispute about the external characteristics of what was delivered.
Although the outer packaging is intact, the goods must be checked within eight days of receipt. Any damage or hidden anomalies must be reported in writing by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the courier and TNT GIUSKY S.R.L. -  VIA SAN LORENZO 9 - 70014 CONVERSANO (BA) -  Codice Fiscale e Partita IVA 08779850729 whose address is explained on the accompanying document.

It is also required to open an anomaly file at Giusky, filling in what is present under the button in the "Order Status" area.
Any report beyond the above deadlines will not be taken into account. For each statement, the Customer assumes full responsibility for what is declared.
