Airlaid is a new generation material made of pure cellulose fibres, processed through an innovative dry-laid process. Unlike conventional paper, which requires intensive use of water, Airlaid is produced by an air flow that evenly distributes the fibers. These are then compacted and bound together with natural substances or through mechanical actions of heat and pressure, giving rise to a material very similar to the fabric.

This disposable tete a tete is compostable and can be combined with the 40x44 cm disposable napkins of the same line.
